Shipping Policy Overview: Please understand that this web-shop is ran by myself, Eric Ficinus, an independent content creator on Youtube with no employees. This web-shop serves as a value added service to my audience, rather than a primary business.
Every order is hand packed and delivered to the Post Office by myself personally. Therefore, handling time varies depending on the day the order is placed as shipments are often sent out once a week in order to optimize workflow.
Shipping Carriers: USPS (Domestic orders) International (refer to "International Shipping" below)
Shipping Rates: A flat rate of $6.70 USD for Shipping & Handling is charged per order which covers the USPS Ecomony service within the United States. For expedited shipping options please contact me directly: theoffgridguru@gmail.com
Estimated Delivery Times:
All orders ship via USPS Economy which takes 5-8 business days to arrive to most location within the United States.
Free Shipping: Contact me directly for bulk orders which may qualify for free shipping. Send an email to: theoffgridguru@gmail.com
Weekend and Holiday Shipping: No shipments sent out on Weekends or Holidays.
Handling & Cut-Off Times: Every order is hand packed and delivered to the Post Office by myself personally. If possible, I try to get orders shipped out the day they are received, however that is not always possible. Therefore, handling time varies depending on the day the order is placed as shipments are often sent out once a week in order to optimize workflow.
Same Day/Next Day Shipping: Similarly to handling time, I cannot normally fulfill rush orders. However, if there is a pressing need for expedited delivery, you are welcome to contact me, "Eric" directly by email: theoffgridguru@gmail.com
International Shipping: Through SHOPOGG.com (this website) we only ship to the United States. If you would like a quote for an international shipment please send an email to [ theoffgridguru@gmail.com ] directly with:
- The exact items and quantity you would like to order
- Your full address including country
I will get back to you as soon as possible with a shipping quote, at which point you can decide whether or not to proceed with the order.
Tracking Information: Due to the manual nature of our shipping process, tracking information is only available upon request.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the issue can be evaluated and resolved.
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at support@shopogg.com.
Taxes
Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
